Website and support services

The website provides information about our customer support and e-commerce services and lets you send a support or service inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid service contract or guarantee a particular resolution. Any separately agreed service contract governs the services covered by that agreement.

Accurate information and appropriate use

Please provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit passwords, full payment card details or identity documents. Do not use the site to send unlawful content, abuse others, impersonate someone or interfere with the service.

Communications

We may respond by email to handle your inquiry. SMS is optional and requires separate consent; it is governed by our SMS Terms. A request for support does not subscribe you to marketing.

References to Shopify and other tools describe services we can support and do not imply ownership or endorsement. Products purchased from an independent merchant remain subject to that merchant's terms and policies. We do not promise changes, refunds or delivery outcomes on behalf of a merchant without authority.
