Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, request topic and message you submit. If you request text updates, we also collect your mobile number, your separate SMS consent choice, the consent language and policy version presented, the website used, and the submission date and time. Please do not submit passwords, full payment card details or identity documents.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, manage customer support, provide service delivery or completion updates when you consent to them, maintain communication preferences, prevent abuse and keep records of consent. We do not use a support request as permission to send promotional messages.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, advertising or lead generation. We do not transfer your SMS consent to another business or campaign. Service providers may process this information only on our behalf as necessary to host the service, retain consent records and deliver or support the messages you requested, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions.
Service providers and legal disclosures
We use Cloudflare to host this website and securely store support requests, and communication providers to handle email and, where activated, SMS. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and prevent abuse. We do not provide customer or SMS information to third-party advertising or analytics services.
Website resources
The website loads fonts, icons, styling resources and images from external providers. Those providers receive ordinary technical connection information, such as your IP address, when your browser requests these resources. The contact form does not send its field contents to these resource providers. We use limited technical request information to prevent automated abuse.
Retention and security
Support requests and communication preferences are accessible only through authorized administrative access. We retain them for as long as needed to handle support, honor opt-out requests, demonstrate consent and meet applicable obligations. We use HTTPS and access controls; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or support. Reply STOP to a text from us to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by email; we may need to verify your identity and retain records where required to honor a suppression request or meet an obligation.
